Appropriation Ordinance No. 005 - Series of 2019 - An ordinance authorizing Supplemental Budget No. 4, Series of 2019 of the Municipal Government of Santa Maria, Bulacan for various expenses amounting to ten million fifty thousand pesos (Php10,050,000.00) for personal services, twenty million pesos (Php20,000,000.00) for maintenance and other operating expenses, and five hundred thirty thousand pesos (Php530,000.00) for capital outlay, for a total amount of thirty million five hundred eighty thousand pesos (Php30,580,000.00).

Ordinance No. 518 - An ordinance reclassifying a parcel of land with an area of 7,261 sq. meters, more or less, located at Barangay Guyong, Santa Maria, Bulacan in favor of Mr. Jose Raymundo H. Bautista from agricultural to industrial use.
Ordinance No. 519 - An ordinance rezoning parcels of land with a total area of 2,661 sq. meters, more or less, located at Barangay Poblacion, Santa Maria, Bulacan in favor of Mr. Bernard V. De Guzman from residential to institutional use.
Ordinance No. 520 - An ordinance reclassifying parcels of land with a total area of 194,848 sq. meters, more or less, located at Barangays Caysio and Caypombo, Santa Maria, Bulacan in favor of Royola Pacific Realty Development Corporation, represented by Mr. Mario Natividad, from agricultural to industrial use.

ORDINANCE NO. 539 - An ordinance reclassifying parcels of land with a total area of 41,383 sq. meters, more or less, located at Barangay Pulong Buhangin, Santa Maria, Bulacan in favor of Communities Bulacan, Inc. from agricultural to residential use.
PAMBAYANG KAUTUSAN BLG. 540 - (Inihain ni Igg. Paquito C. Villacorte) - Isang kautusan na mahigpit na ipinagbabawal ang paninigarilyo (No Smoking) sa lahat ng pampublikong lugar tulad ng gusali ng pamahalaan, ospital, paaralan, sinehan, assembly halls, mga kulob at air-conditioned na establisimyento, restaurant at iba pang kauri nito sa nasasakupan ng bayan ng Santa Maria, Bulacan at pagpapataw ng kaukulang multa sa paglabag nito.
KAUTUSAN BLG. 541 - Kautusang nagtatalaga na ang kahabaan ng P. Luciano Street mula sa kanto ng J.P. Rizal Street papuntang Kaybiten Road, sakop ng Barangay San Gabriel, Santa Maria, Bulacan ay maging one-way (isang patunguhan).
ORDINANCE NO. 542 - An ordinance reclassifying parcels of land with a total area of 4,667 sq. meters, more or less, located at Barangay Sta. Clara, Santa Maria, Bulacan in favor of Ms. Sonia D. Yu from agricultural to industrial use.
ORDINANCE NO. 543 Sponsored by: SB Member Paquito C. Villacorte - An ordinance strictly prohibiting minors who are eighteen (18) years old and below to operate any kind of vehicle including but not limited to tricycle, motorcycle, two-wheeled or three-wheeled vehicle and above, and providing penalties for violations thereof.
