APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO.005 - An Ordinance Authorizing Supplemental Budget No. 5 (CY 2023) Amounting to Thirty-nine Million Six Hundred Fifteen Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Pesos (Php. 39,615,220,00), for various expenditured of different offices of ythe Municapal Government of Sta. Maria, Bulacan. 

APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 06 - An Ordinance Authorizing Supplemental Budget No. 6 (CY 2023), Amounting to Six Milion Five Hundred Thousand Pesos, (Php. 6,500,00) undedr capital outlay for the purchase of a lot for the proposed reconstruction site of the new district Hospital in Barangay San Gabriel, Sta. Maria, Bulacan.

APPROPRIATION NO.007 - An Ordinance Authorizing Supplemental Budget No.007, Involving an amount of sixteen million fifty thousand pesos(Php.16, 050,000.00)  for the grant of other bonuses and allowances collective negotiation agreement incentive, to municipal officials and employees of the different offices of the municipal government of Sta.Maria, Bulacan in accordance with administrative order No. 135, s. 2005, and DBM Budget Circular No.2023-1 dated November 10, 2023. 

APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 008 - An Ordinance Authorizing Supplemental Budget No. 8, (FY 2023), Amounting to three hundred ninety- two thousand seven hundred forty-seven pesos, (Php. 392,747.00), for the appropriation for the creation of one senior labor and employment officer (SG19), in the Municipal Government of Sta.Maria, Bulacan.

APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 009 - An Ordinance Authorizing the Annual Budget of the Municipal Government of Santa Maria, Bulacan, in the Total Amount of One Billion Ninety-One Million Four Hundred Fifty-Eight Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-Four Pesos (₱1,091,458,484.00), Covering the Various Expenditures for the Operation of the Municipal Government for Fiscal Year 2024, and Appropriating the Necessary Funds for the Purpose.

Cruz, Santa Maria, Bulacan in favor of Amaia Land Corporation, represented by its Project Development Manager, Raizel S. Matibag, from agricultural to residential use.

Ordinance No. 537 - An ordinance reclassifying a parcel of land with an area of 16,667 sq. meters, more or less, located at Barangay Sta. Clara, Santa Maria, Bulacan in favor of Mr. Richmond Uy from agricultural to industrial/commercial use.

ORDINANCE NO. 539 - An ordinance reclassifying parcels of land with a total area of 41,383 sq. meters, more or less, located at Barangay Pulong Buhangin, Santa Maria, Bulacan in favor of Communities Bulacan, Inc. from agricultural to residential use.

PAMBAYANG KAUTUSAN BLG. 540 - (Inihain ni Igg. Paquito C. Villacorte) - Isang kautusan na mahigpit na ipinagbabawal ang paninigarilyo (No Smoking) sa lahat ng pampublikong lugar tulad ng gusali ng pamahalaan, ospital, paaralan, sinehan, assembly halls, mga kulob at air-conditioned na establisimyento, restaurant at iba pang kauri nito sa nasasakupan ng bayan ng Santa Maria, Bulacan at pagpapataw ng kaukulang multa sa paglabag nito.

KAUTUSAN BLG. 541 - Kautusang nagtatalaga na ang kahabaan ng P. Luciano Street mula sa kanto ng J.P. Rizal Street papuntang Kaybiten Road, sakop ng Barangay San Gabriel, Santa Maria, Bulacan ay maging one-way (isang patunguhan).

ORDINANCE NO. 542 - An ordinance reclassifying parcels of land with a total area of 4,667 sq. meters, more or less, located at Barangay Sta. Clara, Santa Maria, Bulacan in favor of Ms. Sonia D. Yu from agricultural to industrial use.

Villacorte - An ordinance strictly prohibiting minors who are eighteen (18) years old and below to operate any kind of vehicle including but not limited to tricycle, motorcycle, two-wheeled or three-wheeled vehicle and above, and providing penalties for violations thereof.
