REQUIREMENTS
Activities Conducted by Provincial, City, Municipal LGUs
Letter of the proponent addressed to the Regional Director, through the Provincial Director, requesting for authority to conduct the activity and/or request for technical assistance of DILG Personnel;
Training Design approved by the Mayor/Governor;
Program of Activities with the specific names of DILG Personnel acting as Resource Persons/Facilitators per topic;
Certification from the City/Municipal Local Government Operations Officer (C/MLGOO)/ Provincial Director, as the case may be, that the activity is included in the LGU's Capacity Development Agenda;
Indorsement issued by the C/MLGOO;
Indorsement issued by the Cluster Team Leaders;
Observance of Five (5) working-day lead time.
